A real treat! Now you can easily prepare this juicy, delicious gluten-free chocolate cake yourself.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

Preparation:

Pour the contents into a bowl with 250 ml water and knead for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Lightly flour the dough (you can also do without), cut off 5 x 90g pieces of dough or scoop them out with a spoon.

Place on the prepared baking sheet, put in the oven and let the Bürli bake for 25 minutes at 250 degrees until very crispy.

Let the buns cool on a wire rack.
