For the recipe you need the following ingredients:
3 eggs,
a pinch of salt,
200 g gluten-free Heimat flour mix ,
650 ml milk,
1 tablespoon of sugar.
Mix everything in a bowl with a whisk or hand mixer to form a smooth batter. You can then prepare the crêpes with a crêpes maker or in a pan.
Simple, delicious and no difference between the regular French crepes and the gluten free ones.
