Glutenfreie handgemachte Cavatelli Nudeln

Gluten free handmade cavatelli pasta

My love and passion for Italy is always reflected in my recipes. These delicious noodles are prepared in no time at all and are gluten-free.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

250g gluten-free spaetzle ,
4 eggs,
about 50ml water,
gluten-free flour mix or gluten-free spaetzle .

Preparation :

Put the contents of the gluten-free spaetzle in a bowl and knead with the eggs and some water. A tough dough should form.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 3mm thick. Sprinkle enough flour over the dough to prevent it from sticking to the rolling pin.

Cut the dough into strips about 2 cm wide and then into pieces about 3 cm long. Gradually press these pieces gently onto the surface of the fork and roll up.

Leave the rolled up 'pasta shells' (Italian cavatelli) on a lightly floured surface until you drop them into the boiling salted water.

The pasta only needs to cook for 1-2 minutes. Then remove from the boiling water and enjoy with a delicious sauce.
