Gluten-free pizza from the Omnia

Pizza, hot and crispy, fresh from the Omnia. Nothing beats the Italian classic.

For the recipe you will need the following ingredients:

For the dough:
270 g gluten-free pizza mix - organic baking mix for pizza bases ,
100ml of water.

To top the pizza as you like:
Olive oil,
orange peppers.


Our 270 g gluten free Knead pizza mix - organic baking mixture for pizza bases with 100 g water to form a dough. Then spread evenly in the Omnia.

Spread all the ingredients for the topping over the dough.

Season with spices, done.

Bake at medium heat for about 18 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
