Gluten Free Tapioca Cheese Snacks

Tapioca is obtained from the starchy roots of the cassava plant under controlled organic cultivation. Tapioca starch is free of any stabilizers, additives, flavor enhancers, gluten-free and vegan.

It is ideal for baking, cooking and for thickening desserts or sauces. We created these delicious cheese snacks with our tapioca baking mix .

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

100g Parmesan, grated
75 g of our tapioca flour ,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
¼ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon ground pepper,
¼ teaspoon paprika,
6 tablespoons water,
2 tablespoons oil,
Oil.

Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Rub the inside of two large baking trays with oil or insert a piece of baking paper.

Finely grate the parmesan into a mixing bowl. Add the tapioca, baking powder, salt, paprika powder and paprika and mix.

Add the water and oil to the bowl and stir to form a paste.

Scoop a small teaspoon of the paste, roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool, serve, enjoy.
