Glutenfreier Rührkuchen mit Schokostückchen

Gluten-free sponge cake with chocolate chips

Children's birthday party, coffee and cake or a gift you made yourself? So quick, easy and delicious!

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

300g gluten-free flour mix organic flour mix ,
150g butter,
100g dark chocolate, in pieces,
2 eggs,
100g cane sugar (or alternative),
1 pinch of salt,
300ml milk,
2 tsp baking powder (10g).

Preparation:

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Chop chocolate (Thermomix 6-10 sec./ level 5)

Put the butter, eggs, cane sugar, gluten-free flour mix , salt, milk and baking powder in a bowl and mix (Thermomix 30 sec./speed 5)

Add the chopped chocolate, mix (Thermomix 15 sec/speed 4) and pour into the prepared cake tin.

Bake cake 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown. Then let cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the mold.

Decorate the cooled cake as desired.

Tip: For a marble cake, simply halve the dough and stir in cocoa powder in half. Then fill first half of the light dough, then dark dough and again light day into the cake tin. Marble with a fork.
