Glutenfreies Bananenbrot

Gluten Free Banana Bread

The classic gluten-free: banana bread. Tasty, juicy and quick to bake.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

210 g gluten-free Heimat flour mix ,
1/2 cup butter,
2 medium eggs,
3+1 ripe bananas (1 of them decoration),
1 teaspoon baking soda,
1 handful of walnuts or almonds (optional),
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional).

Preparation :

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Mix all the ingredients (except for one banana, which is used to decorate the top of the cake) in a bowl and stir (you can also use a blender). Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Garnish the fourth banana on top of the cake. See picture of our cake.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Complete.
