4 steps to your freshly baked bread
1st step
Put the content of the gluten-free organic bread mix with lukewarm water (630g for about 1kg bread and 320g for about 500g bread) in a bowl. Knead the dough with a food processor or by hand until it can be formed into a ball.
2nd step
Form the dough into a ball by hand. Doesn't have to be perfect.
3rd step
Score the ball of dough and dust with flour as desired. Bake at 180-200° (230° with dark crust) for 1:30-1:45 hours for a large loaf or 1-1:15 hours for a small loaf. In a baking pan, please increase the baking time by about 15 minutes.
4th step
Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack so that it is not too moist when you cut it. (Personally, I love it a little hot, fresh out of the oven!)

Every oven is different. If the bread gets too dark, simply reduce the temperature a little. If the bread is too moist, extend the baking time next time or toast the bread slices.
