Use the universal flour mix for all recipes as a substitute for wheat flour. In some cases, the flour mix requires more liquid than flour containing gluten.

  • You can use the Flour Mix Universal 1 to 1 in any sweet or salty recipe as a substitute for wheat.

  • Sometimes the amount of liquid or butter needs to be adjusted a bit.

  • I mostly bake with rice milk and coconut blossom sugar.
