Preparation of gluten-free cookies very easy

Ingredients: baking mix, butter, 1 egg

Preparation Preheat the oven to 180°. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the contents into a bowl, mix with 65 or 130 g (depending on the baking mixture) pieces of cold butter and a small egg. Form small, coarse balls of about 10 g from the dough and place 5 cm apart on the prepared baking tray and bake for about 9 minutes until golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool before removing them from the baking sheet. The temperature and baking time may vary slightly depending on the oven.
