Imagine biting into these delicious moist gluten free brownies.
They are easy to bake, like so many of our great products. As a result, you no longer have to do without anything, despite the diagnosis.
For the recipe you need the following ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter,
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips,
2 cups of granulated sugar,
4 large eggs,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder,
½ teaspoon salt,
½ teaspoon baking powder,
1 cup gluten-free flour mix ,
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a 26 cm springform pan with baking paper. Put aside.
In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and sugar.
Stir until the chocolate has completely melted. Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition. Then add the vanilla.
Add cocoa powder, 1 cup gluten free flour mix , salt and baking powder. Stir in vigorously until combined and the dry ingredients are no longer visible.
Caution : Do not beat or stir too much.
Pour the batter into the mold and bake for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into signature brownie pieces.
