Tomorrow is Santa Claus and what could be better than preparing a few delicious gluten-free colorful cookies? Packed in a clear film: we use a plastic-free, biodegradable cellulose film that is printed with organic ink. And off in the kids' boots.
For the recipe you need the following ingredients:
130g butter,150g cane sugar,
1 egg,
200g gluten-free flour mix ,
1 teaspoon Baking powder,
1/4 tsp salt,
colored sprinkles (the more, the more colourful/prettier).
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Cream together the butter, sugar and egg. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and crumble and mix.
Cut out about 35 walnut-sized portions from the dough. (Of course you can also make the portions or cookies larger if you like.),
Place about 3 cm apart on the prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-15 minutes one after the other.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets. Then serve immediately or store in a pastry tin.
Bon appetit.
