Glutenfrei Donuts

Gluten free donuts

These donuts are deliciously soft, fluffy and moist. Yammie! Make your own gluten-free American donuts at home.


For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

For the donut dough: 
1 egg, size M,
50 g brown sugar,
1 tbsp coconut oil,
45 g sparkling mineral water,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
100 g gluten-free flour mix ,
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/8 tsp nutmeg, ground
1/2 tsp cream of tartar baking powder,
1/8 tsp salt,

For the glaze: 
65 g powdered sugar,
1 tbsp water,
Sugar sprinkles for decoration.


Tip : It works best with a donut mold.

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Mix the egg with the sugar and add the water. Also fold in the coconut oil and vanilla extract. Then fold in the flour, salt and spices.

When the batter is ready, place in a piping bag and pipe 1/3 of the way up the donut tin.

Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, then allow to cool and turn out.
