For the recipe you need the following ingredients:
5 tbsp gluten-free flour mix , 5 tbsp sugar, 5 tbsp oil, 1 pack of vanilla sugar, 1/2 pack of baking powder, sour cream (to taste),
1 pack of cake glaze,
500 grams of strawberries,
500 g frozen berry mix,
Sour cream or alternatively sugar-free jam,
white chocolate for decoration

For the dough, preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mix gluten-free flour mix , sugar, oil, vanilla sugar, baking powder in a bowl with a hand mixer or food processor. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 18 minutes at 175 degrees on the middle shelf. Let the cake base cool down.
Fruit topping Preparation: Wash the strawberries, clean and halve if necessary. If desired, sprinkle the strawberries with sugar and leave to stand for a short time. Before dividing the fruit, put a thin layer of sour cream on the bottom. Fold the frozen fruit mix into the strawberries and spread all the fruit over the cake base.
Cake glaze Preparation: Prepare a glaze from the cake glaze powder, sugar and water according to the instructions on the package and spread it quickly from the middle onto the fruit using a tablespoon. Allow the cake glaze to set.
