glutenfreie Oster Cupcakes

This recipe is great for the whole year and can always be slightly modified. That's how easy it is to make delicious, gluten-free cupcakes.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

  • 300 g of our gluten-free organic flour mix ,
  • 150 g soft butter in pieces,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder,
  • 130 grams of sugar,
  • 250 ml milk,
  • 1/2 packet of cream of tartar baking powder,

For the American Frosting:

  • 230g cream cheese,
  • 120g butter at room temperature
  • 40g powdered sugar,
  • some vanilla powder.


Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Prepare the muffin cases and place them on the baking sheet.

Mix the sugar, vanilla, butter and eggs together well.

Add the milk, gluten-free organic flour mix and baking powder and stir.

Divide the batter between the muffin tins, bake for 30-35 minutes and then allow to cool in the tin. Decorate muffins as you like.

American Frosting:

Stir in the cream cheese. Add the butter at room temperature and continue to stir until creamy for about 30-60 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.

Put part of the frosting in a piping bag with a nozzle and decorate the muffins. Repeat the process one by one until they are all decorated. Optionally decorate the frosting with Easter decorations and sprinkles.
