Gluten free pizza muffins

Oh, how wonderful it smells when the gluten-free pizza muffins bake in the oven. The warm air filled with the aroma of tomatoes and cheese makes your mouth water.

The first bite is a feast for the senses, the crispy crust is the perfect contrast to the juicy filling.

A dream for all gluten-free pizza lovers and an invitation for everyone to try it for themselves.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

For about 12 muffins :


30g olive oil and a little more for greasing
about 490ml water, lukewarm,
270g (our small pack) gluten-free pizza mix ,
For the topping (any choice, we used this) :
100g grated cheese,
tomato paste,
some tomato sauce,
a few small pieces of olives,
Your choice: some bacon, salami, vegetables or a variant of margarita,
Basil leaves as decoration.

Preparation:

Mix gluten-free pizza mix , oil and water and knead for about 2 minutes.

Lightly oil the muffin tin.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Tear the dough into small pieces and place in the muffin tin.

Distribute the ingredients in the molds. The topping can of course vary as desired.

Bake muffins at 200-220 degrees (depends on your oven) for about 30-40 minutes.

Scatter the basil over the ramekins (after baking) and serve warm.
