Glutenfreie Schoko Weihnachtsbäume am Stil

Gluten-free chocolate Christmas trees on a stick

It's almost Christmas! Everyone is looking forward to spending time with family and friends, unwrapping presents or enjoying delicious gluten-free dishes - there is a festive spirit in the air. From a culinary point of view, what fits better than Christmas trees in the style of a chocolate cake?

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

200g butter,
200g dark chocolate or leftover chocolate that you have at home
200g cane sugar,
6 eggs,
160g gluten-free flour mix ,
1 packet of baking powder,
Candy canes, sprinkles or other items to decorate.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Grease a springform pan or line it with baking paper. Melt the chocolate and butter in pieces at a low temperature while stirring (about 50 degrees).

Then mix the chocolate with the sugar and the eggs in a bowl. Add flour and baking powder and stir.

Then pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for about 1 hour and leave in the switched off oven for 10 minutes.

Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down.

Carefully remove the cake from the mold and cut into triangles, which can then be decorated like Christmas trees.

Bon appetit.
