270g gluten-free Bürli rolls ,
chocolate cream of your choice,
20g olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
Put the bag contents of the baking mix with the water and oil in a bowl and knead into a homogeneous dough.
Roll out the dough thinly and if possible in a rough rectangle. Spread half with chocolate cream, fold up and cut into strips about 3 cm wide using a pizza cutter or large knife.
Place the strips individually on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and roll up as desired.
Bake the rolled sticks at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
