Glutenfreie Spätzle für das Festessen

Gluten-free spaetzle for the feast

Spaetzle are a traditional German pasta dish that is often served as an accompaniment to roasted meat or in soups. Here I have an easy recipe that you can try for your Christmas Eve feast with our gluten-free spaetzle baking mix.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

270g gluten-free spaetzle - organic flour mix ,
170g water,
2 eggs,
a heated bowl,
a small stick of butter.

Preparation:

Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add a pinch of salt.

Put the contents of the baking mixture in a bowl, mix with 2 eggs and about 170g of water to form a smooth but rather tough dough.

Fill the dough in portions into a spaetzle press and press quickly into the bubbling, boiling salted water. Cut off with a knife at the end.

As soon as the spaetzle rise again and the water is boiling foamy, remove with a slotted spoon and place in a warmed bowl with a little butter.

Repeat the process until the dough is used up.

I hope you enjoy this gluten-free spaetzle recipe and wish you a Merry Christmas and a Merry Christmas!
