Glutenfreier Limettenkuchen

Gluten Free Lime Pie

Gluten-free juicy lime cake or lemon cake.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

260 g gluten-free Heimat flour mix ,
170g sunflower oil,
300g sugar (or alternative),
2-3 organic limes,
70g starch (e.g. our gluten-free tapioca starch ),
4 eggs,
170g milk,
1 tbsp baking powder (15 g),
30g powdered sugar.

Preparation :

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Grease cake pan and dust with flour.

Chop the sugar and zest from the limes (Thermomix 10 sec/speed 10)

Add the gluten-free Heimat flour mix , cornflour, sunflower oil, 80 g lime juice, eggs, milk and baking powder, mix (Thermomix 30 seconds/speed 5) and pour into the prepared cake tin.

Bake cake for 35 minutes until golden, let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a serving plate to cool completely.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
