For the recipe you need the following ingredients:
150g butter,2 eggs,
100g cane sugar (or alternative ),
300g gluten-free flour mix ,
1 pinch of salt,
300ml milk,
2 teaspoons baking powder (10g),
4 food colors.
Preparation:
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Put the butter, eggs, cane sugar, gluten-free flour mix , salt, milk and baking powder in a bowl and mix.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and mix with a food coloring one after the other. You can use a second bowl for this, but you have to wash it out after each color.
Pour all the colored portions into the prepared cake pan.
Use a fork to spiral through the layers of dough to create colorful marbling.
Bake cakes for 50-60 minutes. Then let it cool for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the mold.
Do not frost and decorate the cake until it has completely cooled.
