A real treat! Now you can easily prepare this juicy, delicious gluten-free chocolate cake yourself.
For the recipe you need the following ingredients:50g gluten-free flour mix organic flour mix ,
6 eggs, separated
1 pinch of salt,
120g cane sugar,
250g dark chocolate in small pieces.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease a springform pan (diameter 22 cm!).
Put the egg white and salt in a bowl and beat until stiff. (Insert TM5 mixing attachment 6 min./speed 3.5).
Pour the ice cream into a bowl. (remove TM5 mixing attachment)
Put 120g cane sugar, 6 egg yolks and butter in a saucepan, heat and beat. (TM5 6 mins/70 degrees/level 4)
Add the chocolate, wait a few seconds for it to soften and mix. (TM5 20s/level 5)
Add flour and mix quickly (TM5 10 sec/speed 5)
Add the egg whites, fold in and pour into the prepared cake pan. (TM5 15s/level 2.5)
Bake cakes for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the mold for 10 minutes.
Serve the cake warm or cold.
Optionally you can decorate the cake with powdered sugar, chocolate icing or fruit.
