Gluten free whole grain rice grain bread

Here is the first version of my gluten-free bread as grain bread. It's really easy to make and so delicious.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

540g gluten-free mixed bread - organic baking mix ,
50g pumpkin seeds,
50g sunflower seeds,
500ml water.

Preparation:

Bake the bread as described on the back of our baking mixes.

At the end of the kneading process, the grains are kneaded in for a further 1 minute.

Tip : With manual kneading, the grains can be kneaded in right from the start.

I baked the bread in a baking pan and therefore increased the baking time by 15 minutes.

I baked it at maximum temperature for the first 15-20 minutes and then at 200-230 degrees to give it a nice crust.
