Gluten Free Raisin Pecan Bread

Enjoy a slice of this freshly baked Raisin Pecan Bread that's bursting with sweet raisin flavor and a soft texture.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

400g gluten-free mixed bread - organic baking mix ,
630g water,
about 3 handfuls of broken pecans,
about 3 handfuls of raisins,
80g coconut blossom sugar.


Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees bottom/top heat.

First put the bag contents of the gluten-free mixed bread baking mix in a bowl, then add the raisins, nuts and sugar and then add 630g water. Knead everything into a homogeneous dough.

You can also knead the bread with the food processor. This makes it looser.

Then form a coarse, flat ball and bake for 1.5 hours. Before doing this, pour an espresso cup filled with water onto the floor of the oven.
