Garlic herb rolls from Omina

Bake contamination-free in the Omnia if you don't have your own oven. Of course, the right solution for camping enthusiasts too. 

For the recipe you need the following ingredients: 

270 g gluten-free Burli bread mix ,
240g - 250g water,
garlic, herbs, butter.

Put the Bürli bread roll mix with 240 g - 250 g water in a bowl and knead into a dough. 

To prepare the herb topping : Whisk together the garlic, herbs, and butter.

Grease the Omnia baking pan with a little butter. To form the rolls: Cut off 5 x 90 g pieces of dough and then place them in the Omnia form. 

Preheat the bottom mold of the Omnia on high for 2-3 minutes.

Spread shaped buns with garlic herb butter. Assemble Omnia and bake the buns on the stove for about 35-45 minutes at high but not maximum heat.

Remove from the Omnia , cool and serve.
