Strawberry rolls in the Omnia oven

Cinnamon rolls with a difference. Today we baked these delicious strawberry rolls with our gluten-free Bürli rolls at Omnia . And they did so well.

If your family doesn't all have a gluten-free diet, this Omnia is a great way to bake these rolls and eat them contamination-free or while camping. Super easy and really practical.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

560g gluten-free Bürli rolls - organic baking mix ,
100g sugar,
80g melted butter (not too hot),
2 (size L) eggs (room temperature),
480g warm milk.

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl using a stand mixer or hand mixer.

Divide the dough into approx. 5-7 pieces and shape them into cinnamon rolls.

We used sugar-free strawberry jam for the filling . Optionally pour 120g cream over the strawberry rolls before baking. Bake on medium-high for about 30 minutes.
