Easter Sweet Rolls

Gluten-free colorful buns. Of course you can also serve the rolls outside of Easter, especially interesting for kids because they are so colourful.

And still healthy, although sweet.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

300g of our gluten-free chocolate cookies - organic baking mix ,
400g of our gluten-free Bürli rolls organic baking mix ,
100g butter,
400ml of water.


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (upper/lower heat). Put the Bürli - baking mixture and chocolate cookies with 400ml lukewarm water and the butter in a bowl and knead.

Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces. Shape and cut the rolls as you like, optionally roll them in colorful sprinkles. To do this, lightly moisten the rolls with water beforehand.

Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper for 45 minutes on the 2nd shelf from the bottom. Pour half a cup of water onto the bottom of the oven as you place it in the oven.

The temperature and baking time may vary slightly depending on the oven.
