Gluten-free star cookies

Sunday is the first Advent and what fits better than our delicious gluten-free star biscuits.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

250g of our gluten-free shortcrust pastry - organic baking mix ,
125g cold butter in pieces,
1 egg,


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Meanwhile, prepare the shortcrust pastry according to the instructions: put the contents in a bowl, quickly mix with the cold butter and the egg.

Take the dough out of the bowl and shape it into a ball by hand. Then wrap in cling film. Roll out the cold dough between the cling film rather thickly and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before baking the biscuits. (If you don't want the cinnamon to get too dark, you can sprinkle it over the cookies after baking.)

Be sure to let the cookies cool before touching them. They are very fragile and irresistibly delicious.
