GLUTEN FREE CHEESECAKE

The American cheesecake dream as a simple gluten-free recipe. Caution: addictive! It tastes heavenly.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

For the ground:
250g gluten-free shortcrust pastry ,
1 egg,
125g cold butter.
 
For the filling:
3 x 175g cream cheese, room temperature,
150 grams of sugar,
3 eggs, room temperature,
2 teaspoons vanilla extract,
Cake Tin.

Preparation:

Mix 250g gluten-free Heimat shortcrust pastry, the egg and the butter in a bowl to form a dough. Then spread in the cake pan.

Place the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs in a bowl and beat until creamy. Then pour the whole thing over the base and bake for 50 minutes.

Cool and then chill in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

The cake can be served with fruit or decoration of your choice.
