Grundrezept glutenfreie Vanille Muffins

Basic recipe gluten free vanilla muffins

With this recipe I make practically all muffin variants. It also serves as a base for cupcakes.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

  • 300 g of our gluten-free organic flour mix
  • 150 g softened butter in pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • 130 grams of sugar
  • 250ml milk
  • 1/2 packet of cream of tartar baking soda


Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Prepare the muffin cases and place them on the baking sheet.

Mix together the sugar, vanilla, butter and eggs.

Add milk, gluten-free organic flour mix and baking powder and stir.

Divide the batter between the muffin tins, bake for 30-35 minutes and then allow to cool in the tin. Then decorate the muffins as you like.
