Vegan yeast plait with chocolate chips

Baking this delicious gluten-free yeast plait is really easy. It's even vegan and only made with our naturally great ingredients.

For the recipe you need the following ingredients:

300g of our gluten-free chocolate cookies - organic baking mix ,
400g of our gluten-free Bürli rolls organic baking mix ,
100g vegetable margarine,
400ml of water.
Tip : If you like it sweeter, add 80g of sugar to the dough.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (upper/lower heat). 
Bürli - baking mix and chocolate cookies Place in a bowl with 400ml lukewarm water and the plant-based margarine and knead.

Divide the dough into three equal strands and braid them into a braid.

Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper for 1:15 minutes on the 2nd shelf from the bottom. Pour an espresso cup of water onto the bottom of the oven as you place it in the oven.
You can then dust the gem with powdered sugar when it is cool.

The temperature and baking time may vary slightly depending on the oven.
